The consortium of Eni (Italy) and Novatek (Russia) signed on 14 September 2016 a Concession Contract for the Production of Hydrocarbons with the Montenegrin Government. Under the contract, the consortium receives a concession for exploration and production of oil and gas in four blocks offshore of Montenegro. BDK advised Eni during the negotiations and closing phases of the project.
The advice was led by the Senior Partner Dragoljub Cibulić and the Managing Senior Associate Luka Popović.
